Library
Compounds, vitamins and minerals, plus a nutrition lookup. Every entry names its sources and shows how any reference values were derived.
Know what’s in your stack. Bring it to your doctor.
A supplement reference library, an eight-slot stack schedule, intake safety checks and a Doctor Report, for iPhone, iPad and Mac. Everything stays on your device.
Educational information for discussion with your doctor
Tour
Compounds, vitamins and minerals, plus a nutrition lookup. Each entry has an overview, the sources it is based on and, where a verified source exists, the reference values from that source with a note on how they were derived.
Add what you take, and the scheduler arranges it across eight daily slots, from early morning (fasted) to pre-bed. Every placement comes with its reason, and spacing notes show what the app keeps apart.
Log an entry and the app checks it against your profile, your last 24 hours and the reference values from the cited sources. Anything worth raising with your doctor is flagged Caution or Avoid, with the reason.
One report with your profile, your stack, recent intake, every flag the app showed and the audit log behind it. Export it as a PDF and bring it to your appointment.
Tap the screen or use the tabs. Arrow keys work too.
My Stack · scheduler
The scheduler places each entry in one of eight daily slots and tells you why. It also lists what it keeps apart, so the whole day is easy to talk through with your doctor.

Example data. The schedule shows where the app places each entry and why. It is not a recommendation to take anything, and it shows no amounts. Discuss timing and amounts with your doctor.
Intake Tracker
Log amounts in mg, mcg, g, IU, ml or capsules. The app compares each entry with your profile, what you logged in the last 24 hours and the reference values from the cited sources.
Example data
Example profile
Adult · 78 kg · Medications: one anticoagulant
Logged today: Vitamin D3 2,000 IU at 8:05 · Coffee at 9:20
Checked: Vitamin D3 · 3,000 IU at 9:451 Avoid · 0 Caution
Avoid
Exceeds upper limit
The 24-hour total would be 5,000 IU (2,000 IU logged at 8:05 plus this entry). The upper limit in the cited reference is 4,000 IU per day for adults.
Reference: NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, Vitamin D fact sheet
Info
Dosing note
Reference values are taken directly from the cited source. The app does not calculate them.
Saved to the audit log: the entry, the flags shown and their references.
Example data. Flags are educational information for discussion with your doctor, not medical advice. No flag does not mean an entry is right for you.
Doctor Report · audit log
The Doctor Report puts everything in one place: your profile, your stack, recent intake and every flag the app showed. The audit log records each screen’s inputs, what it displayed and the references behind it.
Features
Compounds, vitamins and minerals, plus a nutrition lookup. Every entry names its sources and shows how any reference values were derived.
Eight daily slots from early morning (fasted) to pre-bed, a reason for every placement and spacing notes.
Each entry is checked against your profile, your last 24 hours and cited upper limits, with Caution and Avoid warnings.
Export one PDF for your appointment. The audit log records what the app showed you, from which inputs and references.
Lock the app with Face ID, with your passcode as the fallback (Touch ID or your password on Mac). The app only gets a yes or no.
No account, no server, no analytics, no tracking. Your profile, stack and logs are stored only on your device.
No feature depends on a network connection. Subscriptions are checked by Apple and keep working offline.
One app, designed for each screen, in the same Liquid Glass look as the system around it.
