Terms of Use

These terms explain what Biohack Evolve is and is not, who may use it and how the Pro subscription works.

The agreement

Biohack Evolve (“the app”) is published by ZeroZero LLC (“we”, “us”). These Terms of Use supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which you accept when you download the app from the App Store. By using the app you agree to both. Where they conflict, the Standard EULA prevails. Our Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.

Who may use the app

You must be at least 18 years old. The app is not intended for anyone who is pregnant, nursing or planning a pregnancy, and it asks you to confirm this before first use. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you enter, such as your age, weight, medications, conditions and allergies.

Medical disclaimer: educational information only

The app provides educational information to prepare you for a conversation with your doctor. It is not medical advice.

  • The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not a medical device.
  • Nothing in the app is a recommendation to take, stop, combine or change the amount or timing of any substance, supplement or medication. We do not promote the use of any substance, and the app does not sell or link to vendors.
  • Using the app does not create a doctor–patient or any other professional relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping or changing anything, and never ignore or delay professional advice because of something you saw in the app.
  • Safety flags, schedules, spacing notes and reference values are informational. They are based on third-party sources and on what you enter, they are not complete, and the absence of a flag does not mean that something is safe or right for you.
  • Reference information may be incomplete, out of date or not applicable to you. Statements in the app have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
  • In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the U.S.) immediately.

Subscriptions (Biohack Evolve Pro)

The Library, the Doctor Report and the audit log are free. Biohack Evolve Pro unlocks My Stack, My Profile, the Intake Tracker and profile matching, and is offered as an auto-renewable subscription:

  • Monthly: $24.00 per month. Yearly: $100.00 per year. Prices are in US dollars, vary by country and are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can cancel anytime: on iPhone and iPad in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Mac in App Store → your account → Subscriptions. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Apple handles all billing and refunds; request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a price changes, Apple tells you in advance according to its rules.
  • To use Pro on another device signed in to the same Apple Account, use Restore Purchases in the app.

Your data and your device

All app data is stored on your device and is your responsibility. We cannot recover data that is lost because a device is lost, reset or replaced without a backup, or because the app was deleted. Keep your device secure; turning on the app’s Face ID lock adds a layer of protection.

Acceptable use and ownership

Use the app only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes, in line with the Standard EULA. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its content except as the law allows. The app, its design, text and the Biohack Evolve name and mark belong to ZeroZero LLC or its licensors. Third-party sources named in the app belong to their owners.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. ZeroZero LLC is not liable for any decision you make, or any harm, loss or damage that results from relying on information in the app. The disclaimers and limits of liability in the Standard EULA apply in full. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is posted at this address with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated terms apply.
